Creating a group

Creating a group in AIForged is a straightforward process:

1. Navigate to Organisations: Access the Organisations section in AIForged.

2. Initiate Group Creation: Click on the "Create a new group" button to open the create group dialog.

   • 

3. Specify Group Details: Provide a name for the group and optionally include additional information relevant to the group.

   • 
   • You can also create your roles during this phase should you wish to do so, by clicking on the Add Role button (you can also add roles at a later stage, see managing-roles-in-groups)
     • 
4. Confirm Group Creation: Complete the process to create the group.

Deleting a group

To delete an existing group, follow these steps:

1. See More Options: Click on the "Actions" button for the group you wish to delete.

2. Select Delete: Choose the delete option to permanently remove the group from the system.
