❓ Document Categories

Document categories define the type of document that has been uploaded.

Example: Bank-Statement, ID, or Invoice

Document Categories are shared across all services in the project

How to create a document category

  1. From the Project page click on Document Categories.

  2. Click on “Click here to add a new row” to add a new Document Category.

  3. Fill in your new row and click on another row in your grid to allow you to add more rows

Note the ID field is Inserted Automatically

  1. After adding All your Document Categories click on Save Changes in the App Bar.

How to Delete a Documnt Category

  1. From the Project page click on Document Categories.

  2. Click on the Trash icon to remove the document category from the Grid.

  3. After removing the Document Categories click on Save Changes in the App Bar.
