โ“ Document Categories

Document categories define the type of document that has been uploaded. Document categories are also used by classifiers to classify documents.

Example: Bank-Statement, ID, or Invoice

Document Categories are shared across all services in the project

How to create a document category

  1. From the any service in your agent, open its Service Configuration Wizard and proceed to the Categories step:
    2. In the "Add a new category" textbox, enter the category name, for example Invoice and press Enter or click on the add button.

    Note the category description is optional but may help other users.

How to Delete a Document Category

  1. From the any service in your agent, open its Service Configuration Wizard and proceed to the Categories step:
    2. Click on the (delete) button in the category card for the document category you want to delete
